2008’s 19th Annual Peter Sweisgood Breakfast
The 2008 Peter Sweisgood Breakfast was a spectacular success with a record breaking attendance drawing together families and individuals from all walks of life in support of LICADD’s mission. LICADD was privileged to present the 2008 Fisher of Men Humanitarian Award to George W. Benedict, Founder and Chairman of Seafield Center, Inc. George has over 32 years of distinguished experience in the alcoholism field. He is regarded as a leading authority in the area of Family Intervention.
The Annual Peter Sweisgood Breakfast strives to raise awareness of not only the perils of the disease of alcoholism and other addictions but to bring the message of hope and recovery to all struggling with this disease.
